Second Day

The second day of the diet plan is the day of vegetables.you have to eat only vegetables for the whole day. In this day you can eat either raw vegetables and cooked vegetables options is yours. You can start your day with one boiled potatoes. But you have to be sure that you don’t use any kind of oil while cooking vegetables.You can cooked beans, raw and cooked carrot, broccoli, cucumber, boiled bottle and ridge gourd, lettuce, boiled cabbage and so on. Third day

Sixth day

The sixth day is like the feast day of the GM diet plan. Seventh day

This is the last day of the GM diet plan for loosing weight.On this day you can take a cup of rice and all the vegetables which you like to eat along with the fruit juice of your choice.Now you are feeling light and fresh .Then on the next day you can measure your weight .There is no doubt that you can lose 5 to 8 kg of your weight by following this diet plan.
