3) Stay away from Soda

Now days, it is very common to infuse soda in our food. But soda is very harmful for stone disease. Refrain from having foods that have soda in order to prevent stone. It is advised to stay away from indulging in ice tea, chocolate, rubab and strawberry during summer.

4) Avoid Caffeine

It is generally advised to not take tea and coffee in summer season. This is because the high amount of caffeine in tea and coffee is very harmful for stone disease. Caffeine in drinks promotes dehydration in our body. This is why it is advisable to switch to safe drinking water for a healthy body.
5) Decrease your salt intake

It is always better to decrease our salt intake during summer season to ward off stone disease. Large intake of salt promotes risk of stone disease.
